RSG group company Sanderson, were proud to sponsor the IIBA UK South West Branch Event on the 25th November.

The event, held at Ashton Gate Stadium, was hosted by Sanderson's Simon Rookledge and included a session entitled Going beyond 'what success looks like' and a presentation called But what about BA contractors?

Jamie Clouting from spoke about the tangible value a business analyst can bring to a project or programme and the toolkit used at to truly define what success looks like. He sparked huge interest when discussing the Agile methodology utilised, the level of commitment it required and their consistency in delivering success in their challenging environment.

Another talk by John Mee, a local Business Analyst consultant, focussed on the importance of training and development and the different methods that can be applied whilst managing a busy work schedule to operate most efficiently.

The evening was well attended by around 50 Business Analysts from both permanent and contract worlds, from a variety of industries. A number of well-known companies, such as Lloyds Banking Group, Virgin Media and Capita were there to share their thoughts and interests on the topics being discussed.
