RSG sponsor Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2016

For the second year running, RSG will be sponsoring the much-acclaimed Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition at the MShed, Bristol. The event, showcasing 100 of the finest competition entries, will run from the 12th November through to the 5th March 2017. The Wildlife Photographer competition launched in 1965 with 361 entries, today the competition receives almost 50,000 entries. With the guidance of international judges, these 100 images were chosen to be showcased on an international tour across six continents. We are incredibly proud to be involved in an event which will no-doubt be the most prestigious photography exhibition of the year.

Mike Beesley, CEO of RSG

“Wildlife Photographer of the Year is one of the cornerstone arts and nature events in Bristol, with something for everyone to enjoy. There is perhaps a significant fondness of the event in Bristol as we are the home to the BBC’s magnificent Natural History Unit. To be able to support this wonderful celebration of the natural world is a great honour and one that all my RSG colleagues are very excited about. We look forward to welcoming the exhibition to M Shed and seeing what this year’s entries have produced.”
