Entrepreneur of the Year 2016 : Regional Finalists

Mike Beesley, CEO of RSG, has been named as a regional finalist in this years Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. He is among five regional finalists including the likes of Saad Hammad, CEO of Flybe, and Chris Morling, founder of money.co.uk. Should Mike be successful in this round it will put him in the running for overall UK winner and, in turn, he will then have the chance to represent the UK at EY’s World Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in Monte Carlo in 2017. The regional final sees Mike join 37 other business leaders across London and the South in competition for regional finalist positions. This is a huge achievement in itself with the EY awards being greatly subscribed by entrepreneurs across the UK, and recognised as a highly prestigious award particularly now that the EY awards are in their 18th year of running.

Richard Jones, senior partner at EY in the South West said: “These dynamic, fast growing companies – and the people behind them – are vital to the South West region’s national and global competitiveness, and these awards rightly recognise their success. Investment in technology and innovation, domestic and international expansion are just some of the ways these entrepreneurs are growing their businesses and positioning themselves for further growth over the years ahead.”
