Private Viewing of the ‘Wildlife Photographer of the Year’

On Wednesday 3rd February, RSG held a private viewing of the ‘Wildlife Photographer of the Year’ exhibition at MShed hosting over 150 guests. RSG is one of the official sponsors of the exhibition running from 28th November 2015 until 10th April 2016.

A special thanks to our Chairman Martin Griffiths for his opening remarks as well as to MShed's Senior Curator of Natural Science, Victoria Purewal for her insight into the exhibition itself.

The exhibition is celebrating its 51st year and is the first UK destination to host the touring show after leaving London; forming part of the Bristol’s official European Green Capital programme. Giving visitors an insight into the beauty, drama and variety of the natural world, the photos on show highlight the skills of the most talented photographers whilst reminding the viewer of the amazing spectacle of the wildlife that surrounds us and highlighting the need for wildlife conservation in audiences of all ages.
