RSG employees ran the Bristol 10K to raise money for charity partner The Princes Trust
The runners managed to raise an impressive £1,715, almost doubling their original target of £900.
The Prince’s Trust aims to support 60,000 new young people across the UK, helping to give them the skills and confidence needed to get a job. The Trust’s programmes give vulnerable young people the practical and financial support needed to stabilise their lives, helping develop self-esteem and skills for work.
More than 12,000 people attended the 6.1 mile run which started on Anchor Road, running parallel to Bristol Harbour and Avon Gorge and finally ending back at Anchor Road.
Well done to everyone who ran.
“I’m really pleased that so many people from RSG got involved and that we managed to raise such a fantastic amount of money for The Prince’s Trust. Despite the hot weather, the great atmosphere on the day kept us going and we’re all pleased to have helped contribute to such a worthwhile cause.”
