Marketing Executive – RSA Emerging Markets

London based with travel across Central & Eastern Europe

Emerging Markets is RSA’s fastest growing region. Central and Eastern Europe (Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech, Estonia, Russia) grew by 15% last year, making us the number one general insurer across the Baltics and the leading direct Motor insurer in Poland, the Czech Republic and Russia.

RSA’s Emerging Markets division are looking for an experienced Marketing Professional with established knowledge of ‘Direct to Consumer’ and/or ‘Partnership Propositions’ within an international context. The role will have responsibility for supporting in–country Affinity teams to win pitches for new 3rd party relationships and maximise acquisition and retention ROI for 3rd party relationships, by sharing knowledge and learning of best practice Affinity proposition development, acquisition and relationship marketing. The role is UK based with an out look across Central & Eastern Europe, as such significant travel is required within the role.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable international Marketing / Propositions background with specific knowledge of ‘Direct to Consumer’ and/or ‘Partnership Propositions’. The ability to build and develop effective relationships with in-country teams is essential along with a direct understanding of the complexities of International marketing. ‘Direct to Consumer’ and/or ‘Partnership Propositions’ expertise is important along with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage customers. Financial Services experience would be advantageous however; other industries within international Digital/Online Marketing would potentially be suitable.
