Group Reward Analyst

£35,000 - £50,000 + benefits

Reporting to the Reward Consultant, you support them in the development and delivery of reward, bonus, benfits, pension’s policies and procedures to attract engage and motivate employees. You will spend the majority of your time conducting external supply market research and internal business research, providing analysis and reporting to assess and evaluate the impact of HR and business changes on future pay policies. You will enjoy using your strong analytical and communication skills to inform the development of reward approaches.
Specific responsibilities to include:

Supporting the Reward Consultant in the development and delivery of projects to ensure delivery of reward activities and approaches to meet regional and local business needs such as:
-
the management of the global Top 100 population including: obtaining signoff for new entrants, overseeing the Top 100 database, overseeing the Top 100 Forms database, overseeing the Top 100 control process, managing the annual Top 100 benchmarking project

the annual reward review cycle

the annual implementation of Long Term Incentive arrangements for the Group

Action planning and implementation in the relevant businesses

Conducting research to identify internal business requirements and external “best practice” to inform and support developments in Reward

Monitoring the delivery of specialist initiatives to ensure consistency of approach and identification of further improvements

Collating & manipulating data to deliver metrics and reports on the impact of initiatives

Providing guidance and information to ensure effective interpretation on all aspects of Reward

Conducting role evaluation and benchmarking exercises in line with business requirements to support the pay for performance Reward strategy

Managing external supplier relationships to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery
Required:

Proven experience of Reward work
-
Good understanding of Reward practices and approaches including job sizing, market benchmarking, design of reward processes and solutions and reward communications

Awareness of corporate governance framework

Strong computer skills including Excel

Strong analytical and written communication skills

Strong team working skills
-
Awareness of international assignee management/global mobility (desirable)

Experience of SAP (desirable)
