Group Reward Analyst

£35,000 - £50,000 + benefits

It has been 300 years since we issued our first insurance policy. Our business aim to help customers protect themselves may have stayed the same, but at RSA we never stand still.

Reporting to the Reward Consultant, you support them in the development and delivery of reward, bonus, benfits, pension’s policies and procedures to attract engage and motivate employees. You will spend the majority of your time conducting external supply market research and internal business research, providing analysis and reporting to assess and evaluate the impact of HR and business changes on future pay policies. You will enjoy using your strong analytical and communication skills to inform the development of reward approaches.
